Refund and cancellation policy
1. Booking sessions
Booking a session implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The booking is considered confirmed once payment has been made or after the appointment has been validated.
2. Cancellation or postponement
Any request for cancellation or postponement must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time .
In this case, the session may be rescheduled to a later date, subject to availability.
Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in the loss of the session, except in exceptional circumstances.
3. Remote sessions
For sessions conducted remotely, no refund will be issued once the session has started or been completed.
4. Refunds
Refunds can only be granted in the following cases:
The session could not be carried out due to the practitioner's actions
A technical problem preventing the session from taking place
Cancellation within the specified time frame
The refund will be issued via the payment method used for the booking, within a period of up to 7 to 14 working days.
5. Nature of services
The sessions offered are part of a wellness and personal development approach. They are in no way a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment prescribed by a healthcare professional.
